By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions of Sale.

  1. Payment Terms

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.

  2. Ownership and Risk

    Ownership of the goods shall remain with the seller until payment has been received in full.
    Risk in the goods passes upon delivery to the customer or their authorised representative, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

  3. Delivery

    The seller shall arrange shipment of the goods unless otherwise agreed.
    Any delivery dates provided are estimates only unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
    The seller shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

  4. Product Identification

    Each trailer unit is recorded with a unique Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) which must be quoted in any support or warranty claim.

  5. Warranty

    Goods are supplied with a 24-month limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use but excluding tyres and the plywood floor.
    This warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modification.
    This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights which may apply under Irish consumer law.

  6. Returns

    Returns of non-faulty goods are accepted only at the seller’s discretion unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the seller shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from the use of the goods.
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the seller’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied.

  8. Consumer Rights

    Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights available to consumers under Irish or EU law.

  9. Technical Support

    The seller does not provide ongoing after-sales technical support beyond the scope of the stated warranty. Any assistance provided is at the seller’s discretion.

  10. Governing Law

    These terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
